2. What data we collect
When you contact us through the form, by email or by phone, we process the data you give us: name, email, phone, project location, type of work, information about the project and the content of your message.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party content (external fonts, maps or videos). To know how many people visit the site and which pages they view, we use our own cookie-free statistics, stored on our server: they do not identify visitors and are not shared with anyone.
3. What we use the data for
- To answer your enquiry and prepare proposals and quotes (pre-contractual steps, at your request);
- To perform the contract, if one is signed;
- To meet legal obligations, namely tax and accounting;
- To send you an automatic confirmation that we have received your enquiry;
- If you join the VIVA Collection interest list, to contact you when the collection is available, based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to info@terraviva.pt.
We do not sell or pass on your data for third-party marketing.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract, including VIVA Collection interest list sign-ups, are kept for up to 2 years after the last contact, or until you withdraw your consent. Data relating to contracts and invoicing is kept for the applicable legal periods.
5. Who has access
Your data is accessed only by the TERRAVIVA team handling your enquiry and by providers who support us: website hosting (Amen, with servers in the European Union) and business email (Google Workspace). These providers act on our behalf and are required to protect the data. Where data is transferred outside the European Union, the safeguards of the GDPR apply.
If you contact us on WhatsApp or follow the links to Instagram, Facebook or Google Maps, you will be using those providers’ services, which handle data under their own privacy policies.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@terraviva.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
