Which areas do you cover?
We work on the Costa Vicentina, from the Algarve to the Alentejo coast, within about 70 km of Aljezur: Aljezur, Odeceixe, Vila do Bispo, Sagres, Lagos, Monchique, Portimão, São Teotónio, Zambujeira do Mar, Odemira and Vila Nova de Milfontes.
What do you mean by modular and traditional construction?
Modular refers to LSF, a light steel structure that builds faster and with precision. Traditional refers to building with natural materials, such as Canhamor hemp blocks and mineral paints.
Do you work on a turnkey basis?
Yes. We coordinate the entire build, from planning to handover, with one person accountable to you.
Do you provide the architectural design?
We build from architectural and engineering plans and work closely with the designers. We do provide interior design.
How do you prepare a quote?
Once we know the plans and the site, we prepare a detailed quote itemised by section, with a defined scope of works.
Do you take on small repairs?
We focus on new builds, renovations and complete projects. For small one-off jobs, contact us and we will let you know if we can help.
