Is it better to renovate or to rebuild?
It depends on the condition of the structure and what you want from the house. We assess the structure, the roof and the services on site and explain the options before quoting.
What is ETICS?
An external thermal insulation system applied to the outside of the walls, finished in render. It cuts heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer without taking space from the house.
Why do you use mineral paints?
They are breathable paints that let the wall dry out, and they hold up well on façades exposed to the sun and the sea air.
