Quinta Javali

A whole estate built by us from start to finish: two houses, a service building with laundry, gym and two plant rooms, treatment of the well water, a bio-filtered pool, landscaping across the hillside and the interior design.

A new house on the hillside

A new-build house on a hillside in the Aljezur hills. We prepared the plot and the underground utilities and built the reinforced concrete foundations: formwork, rebar and concrete pumped on site. Work continues.

A new roof in the heart of Rogil

We took down the old roof of a house in the centre of the village and rebuilt it with a new light steel (LSF) structure, light and precise, set on the existing walls, followed by the battens and the tiles.

A house renovated in Vale da Telha

Renovation of a single-storey house. On the roof: cleaning, replacing the broken tiles and painting the restored ones. Inside: interior walls opened with temporary propping, new water pipes, and floors relaid on a new screed.
