A Costa Vicentina company, since 1996
We are TERRAVIVA, from Aljezur. We build and renovate houses on the Costa Vicentina, from the Algarve to the Alentejo coast.
Where we come from
TERRAVIVA was founded in 1996 in Vale da Telha, Aljezur, looking after gardens, pools and houses. Its first company name said so: Serviços de Manutenção de Jardins, Piscinas e Habitações (garden, pool and home maintenance). Today it is TERRAVIVA – Construção Modular e Tradicional (modular and traditional construction).
Over the years our work moved from maintenance to building. Since 2023, construction has been at the heart of what we do: new houses, renovations and turnkey projects, in light steel framing (LSF) or with natural materials.

The team
The building is done by our own team: site management and foremen on the ground, coordinated by managing director Pedro Branco.
Our clients have a single point of contact, from the first sketch to handing over the keys.
Licensing
Private works contractor licence 101139-PAR, class 2, issued by IMPIC, the Portuguese construction authority. You can check it in the IMPIC public register.
